Over mij
Ik ben erkend klinisch psycholoog (UGent) en seksuoloog (KU Leuven). In mijn praktijk bied ik een veilige, open en respectvolle ruimte waar we samen op zoek gaan naar wat jij nodig hebt om terug in beweging te komen.

Seksuologische en relationele begeleiding
Als seksuoloog begeleid ik individuen en koppels bij vragen rond seksualiteit en intimiteit. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan pijn bij het vrijen, verschil in verlangen, moeilijkheden met genieten of het zoeken naar betekenis binnen seksualiteit. Ik weet dat het soms een grote stap is om hierover te praten, en ik wil die drempel mee verlagen.

Psychologische ondersteuning
Daarnaast bied ik psychologische begeleiding bij stemmingsklachten, angst, trauma en verlies. Samen zoeken we naar manieren om terug grip te krijgen op wat nu moeilijk loopt. Ik werk op een warme en toegankelijke manier, met aandacht voor jouw verhaal en tempo.

Praktisch
Je kan snel bij mij terecht. Aarzel dus niet om contact op te nemen bij vragen of twijfels.

About me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist (Ghent University) and sexologist (KU Leuven). In my practice, I offer a safe, open and respectful space where we work together to understand what you need to feel more grounded and move forward again.

Sexological and relationship counselling
As a sexologist, I support individuals and couples with questions about sexuality and intimacy. This can include pain during sex, differences in desire, difficulty enjoying intimacy, or finding meaning within your sexuality. I know it can be a big step to talk about these topics, and I aim to make that step feel more accessible.

Psychological support
I also provide psychological counselling for mood difficulties, anxiety, trauma and grief. Together, we look for ways to regain a sense of control and clarity when things feel overwhelming. I work in a warm, approachable way, with attention to your story and your pace.
