Of je nu vastloopt op zaken in je leven zoals depressieve gevoelens,

angst of agressie, je kan bij mij terecht voor diverse ondersteuning. Ik
ga met jou aan de slag door te luisteren naar jouw verhaal en te kijken
wie jij bent. Op een laagdrempelige manier tracht ik inzicht te krijgen
in wat het is dat jou bij mij brengt. Daarnaast tracht ik zowel inzicht
als oefening te integreren in jouw traject, in jouw leerproces. Dit is
therapie, leren over jezelf, wie je bent, vanwaar je komt en hoe je in
het leven staat. Hoe je reageert op dingen en hoe je die dingen anders
of beter kan aanpakken. Dit zijn dingen waarbij ik jou wil helpen op een
begrijpelijke en menselijke manier.

Whether it’s depression, anxiety or aggression, I offer guidance in a wide
range of mental wellbeing issues. For me everything starts by listening to
your story and trying to see who you are. In an accessible way I try to get
insight into the roots of what you brought you here. Besides that I always
try to integrate small, attainable exercises if this suits your personal learning
path, because this is therapy. It’s not some fancy or mysterious thing. It’s
learning and discovering who you are, where you come from and how it
impacts your life now. A process to get insight in how you view and handle
things and how to take another path. It is my goal to support you in this path,
in a humane and understandable way.
